"SFR did not give me complete information.  I left their training not feeling qualified.  I at least feel as if I could talk to a lender's representative and put in qualified offer.  The CDRS Certification Program prepares agents to help struggling homeowners before foreclosure proccesses set in. I am so excited to be able to combine my desire to help people involved with my love for real estate. So many of my friends from other parts of my life could not understand how I was a Realtor, I think this aspect of my business will help them put it all together. I took the SFR training that was offered but I didn't really feel that I knew what I needed to do. When I looked at one of my best friends that was 3 months behind in his mortgage, all I could say, "Let's try to get you refinanced." Then I didn't feel very optimistic.
