You are taking the first step in becoming a CDRS™ Silver Member, an exclusive member certified by America's Home Rescue (AHR), the most advanced and elite real estate training institution for pre-foreclosure education in the United States. As a CDRS™ Member, you will have a responsibility, not only to AHR, but to all the homeowners who are finding themselves in the absolute worst season of their lives. This responsibility, first and foremost, means putting them and their needs first, whether it be to simply help facilitate the decision making process for them, or to determine if they might be able to stay in their home with a forbearance or loan modification, or, ultimately, to help them process and close a Short Sale with their lender.
