Once payment is received, America's Home Rescue will download and review your application, and finalize the processing of your CDRS™ Membership.  If your application is rejected, or is missing required information, a member of the America's Home Rescue staff will contact you within 10 business days via email or phone. 

Reasons for being rejected. 

Upon submitting your application and completing the processing of your payment, your rights to use the CDRS™ designation, for both professional and marketing purposes, are contingent upon the successful completion of the mandatory CDRS™ Advanced Course Series, offered by the Training Team at America's Home Rescue, either through the online webinar series, or through the live all-day workshop.  If you have attended a LIVE All-day Workshop between January 1, 2008 and today, taught by America's Home Rescue, you already meet the education requirement.   Simply contact the staff at America's Home Rescue and they will verify your previous attendence.

As part of your CDRS enrollment today, we are including the first year membership fee for free.  An annual renewal fee of $95.00 is required on the first of the month following your first 12 months as a CDRS Member, in order to continue your membership.  Please note that you may cancel your membership at any time, however, you will not be able to use the CDRS™ trademark and designation, until your membership term commences.

Please note that America's Home Rescue charges an administrative fee of $35.00 per application, which is included in the one-time membership fee.  If the application is rejected, a $35.00 fee will be deducted from the initial membership price and the remainder will be refunded.  If your application for the CDRS™ Silver, or Gold Membership is rejected, but you still want the membership package, excluding the CDRS™ Designation, America's Home Rescue will retain the one-time membership fee as payment in full for the CDRS™ Membership Package, excluding the ability to use the designation.  The package will be shipped to the shipping address provided when making your payment.

Please allow up to 10 business days for America's Home Rescue to review and process your application.  If you choose to have your CDRS Member listing placed on the CDRS Network, your professional CDRS™ listing will not be placed on the CDRS™ Agent Network map, until you have successfully completed the CDRS™ Advanced Course Series.
