1.      How do I know if I set up an account?

If you login and it accepts your username and password, or if you try to create an account and the message, “The e-mail address Your@EmailofChoice.com  is already registered,” then you have already created an account with that email.  Also, it is important for you to understand that this portion of the website is NOT open to the public, it is only for those who have purchased the Instruction Manual, so account information will be completely separate from other accounts on this website (e.g. Q&A Forum, VT Training, Online Purchasing, etc.).  Please read questions number 2 and 3 for further advice.

 

2.     How do I find my Username if I don’t remember?

Select “Request New Password.”  Type your email address and a new password will automatically be sent to you.

4.     What do I do if I don’t get an email with my temporary password?

Please contact 888.699.9222 and explain that you did not receive an email with your temporary password.  America’s Home Rescue will reset your password and provide you with the needed information to proceed in logging into your account.

 

5.     What is a Coupon Code and how do I get it?

A coupon code is given to any purchasers of the Short Sale Solutions:  An Instruction Guide for Real Estate Agents.  This is a manual that can be purchased online or at a live class.  If you purchased your manual at a class, a one-page instructional document on how to set-up your account was provided to you after the purchase.  If you purchased your manual online, a one-page instructional document on how to set-up your account was provided inside the binder in the left sleeve.  If you find that you do not have the one-page instructional document, please call 888.699.9222 for assistance.

 

6.     Can I use someone else’s account?

You can if the purchaser of the Short Sale Solutions:  An Instructional Guide for Real Estate Agents  gives you access to their account information, but America’s Home Rescue will NOT provide account information for any account holder.  America’s Home Rescue does not approve of handing out free lender information from this portion of their website solely on the reason that many agents have invested in this manual for their business needs. 

 

7.     If I haven’t been on my Lender Update account for a long time, will my account expire?

You account will never expire unless you request it in writing to:

8.     Will I be charged for this service?

The is a free service to those who purchased the Short Sale Solutions:  An Instruction Guide for Real Estate Agents.  This account works as a support system for those who invested in the manual for their short sale transactions.

 

9.     How do I discontinue my Lender Update account?

Please read Question 7 for the mailing address to send your written request for the Lender Update Account Cancellation.

 

10.    What if I need a lender’s information immediately and have not set up my account yet?

It takes seconds to set up your account, and, once completed, an automatic email, with your password, will be sent to the email address provided in your profile.  You can call 888.699.9222 for assistance, but please be aware that America’s Home Rescue will have to verify your purchase before releasing coupon code/account/lender information.
