To be eligible to participate in this opportunity and accept Short Sale listings through the SAM online lead and sales system, an Agent is required to complete the minimum education requirement.  The minimum education requirement is AHR's live or online 3-Hour Course entitled Short Sale Solutions: A Mini-Course for Real Estate Agents. 

Those Agents who have completed the CDRS Certification Course, or are current or former AHR Coaching Members, are also eligible to participate. 

If you are a CDRS Member, a current or former AHR Coaching Member, or have taken the live or online 3-Hour Course anytime since January 1, 2009, you already meet the minimum education requirements and you may proceed to the registration page by CLICKING HERE.

If you do not yet meet the minimum education requirement and would like to go ahead and do so, simply click on the link below and you will be directed to the registration page for the required online training course, offered by America's Home Rescue and SAM.  You will be given log-in information and will have up to 30 days to complete the course.

Important!  If you are a new AHR customer, once you complete this 3-Hour online training course, you will also need to register in the SAM lead and sales system before you will be eligible to receive Short Sale listing assignments offered by SAM.
