If you are a new or existing customer of America's Home Rescue and haven't attended a live class or completed the online virtual training course since January 1, 2009, the agreement between SAM and AHR requires you to complete the latest version of this online training course before you accept a Short Sale listing assignment offered by SAM. If you do not meet the minimum education requirement and want to proceed in taking the required online course now, CLICK HERE.
If you are a current or former AHR Coaching Member, a CDRS Member, or an Agent that has completed AHR's live or online training course anytime after January 1, 2009, you are automatically enrolled in the SAM online lead and sales system and can register for only $20 (regular price: $250) anytime before accepting a Short Sale listing assignment offered by SAM. You may proceed to the Introduction and Orientation link at the bottom of this page.
NEW Members to AHR: If you are new to AHR and want to take advantage of this opportunity, you simply need to register in the SAM online lead and sales system by clicking on the registration link below. To ensure that you get the special AHR discount, use AHRZ as your special code when prompted. As a reminder, before you choose to accept the Short Sale listing assignment offered by SAM, according to the SAM/AHR agreement, you must complete the minimum education requirement.
