The Short Sale Consulting Service is an add-on service for agents that have purchased the Instruction Guide. The Consulting Program is a great option for agents that would like to learn how to process their own Short Sale transactions but would like a Short Sale expert to walk them through the steps of the transaction, troubleshoot any issues they run into, and be there to answer any questions about their Short Sales.  The 3 hours of consulting can be used on as many transactions as you would like to discuss during the allotted time period.  There is no expiration on the Program, so it can be used at any time on any transaction.  The Consulting Program includes a free 15-minute consultation with an America’s Home Rescue Short Sale Consultant to determine if your Short Sale candidate is a quality lead with a reasonable probability of closing.  This program is designed for agents that have Short Sale leads coming in and would like some guidance working through the transactions.  The benefit of the Consulting Program is that it allows agents to gain hands-on experience in working Short Sales with guidance from a Short Sale expert, who provides them with the knowledge and confidence they need to successfully complete their Short Sales and use their knowledge on future transactions.  Additional hours can be added for $125 per hour.
