Regardless of how much Short Sale education you may have, or what certification you have obtained, America's Home Rescue (AHR), who has been on the front lines training Realtors across America for the past 4 years, has experienced first-hand that most Realtors® don't have the full story when it comes to Short Sales.  A senior representative of NAR's education committee was sent to Austin, Texas to audit AHR's 3-hour course curriculum, which makes up 1/4 of the CDRS™ course curriculum, and concluded that, hands down, this is a "mind-blowing" translation of what Realtors® not only need to know about Short Sales, but, more specifically, how to walk "left foot-right foot" through their transactions.  This is, in fact, the key missing element with over 95% of the Short Sale education and training that exists.  Without this information, Realtors have the tendency to walk blind in their Short Sale transactions, yet most Realtors® don't even realize it, because they didn't know, until now, that this type of training exists.  This is precisely one of the reasons why NAR has invited America's Home Rescue back numerous times to speak to the Realtor® members at both the NAR Annual and Mid-Year Conferences.

  • How do you know for sure you're next Short Sale is going to close and why?
  • Did you know that going active too soon on MLS on your Short Sale listing may be the primary source of your frustration, not the bank? 
  • Are you in a state of wishful thinking in your Short Sale transactions?   
  • What about the offers you're submitting?  Are you positive they will be accepted, or are you keeping your fingers crossed? 
  • What about the investors who are trying to flip, or get a good deal, and are sending you offers that will never be accepted by the lender?  The very deal you're being pulled into might be considered by many to be borderline fraudulent and you don't even know it.

 

95% of Realtors® across America know very little about the Short Sale process, how to protect their time, their client's time, and particularly the direct translation of how they should be facilitating the transaction, either from a Listing, or Buyer's Agent's perspective.  For instance, most Realtors® go Active in MLS way to too soon on their Short Sale listings, causing them unnecessary frustration.
